各位校长、各位老师：

新年好!

时光荏苒，岁序更新。值此新学期开学之际，我谨代表爱思德国际教育集团向一年来在教书育人、管理服务等各个领域付出辛勤努力、做出卓越贡献的广大教职员工，向一直以来为集团发展默默奉献的你们，致以诚挚的问候和衷心的祝福！祝大家新春吉祥，身体健康，阖家幸福！
Time passes, and the new year has come. On behalf of the ACED International Education Group, I would like to extend my heartfelt greetings and best wishes to all of the teachers and staff who have worked hard and made outstanding contributions in various fields such as teaching and education, management services, and to all of you who have quietly contributed to the Group's development. In the New Year, I wish you all the best of luck, health, and happiness!
过去一年，我们坚持科学发展，开拓创新，以拼搏者的勇气，在教育改革大潮中激流奋进，不断寻求超越，结出硕果累累。
In the last year, adhering to scientific development, and innovation, we stirred up the tide of education reform with the courage of a fighter, constantly seeking to surpass and bearing fruit.
过去一年，我们尊重教育规律，潜心育人，用教育者的匠心，交出了一份满意的答卷，在教育界和社会上产生了良好反响。
In the last year, we followed educational rules and were committed to education in order to deliver a satisfactory result to the country through the creativity of educators, which has produced positive reactions in the education industry and society.
过去一年，我们有太多太多、值得大书特书的记忆，这些闪亮的时刻都已化作了永恒的精彩。我看到，集团发展所取得的每一份成绩，都凝聚着每一位教职员工的智慧与心血。我为各位的奉公敬业所感动，为拥有这样一个专业精进的团队而自豪！
In the last year, we have too many memories to fill a book, and all of these shining moments have been transformed into eternal splendor. I can see that each of the group's accomplishments is the result of the wisdom and hard work of every faculty member.
今天，2023年的崭新画卷已经徐徐展开。新的一年开启新的希望，新的征程承载新的梦想。当我们站在新的起点上的时候，让我们怀着崇敬的心去感怀历史，以负责任的态度去面对未来。
Today, a brand-new picture of 2023 was revealed. A new year brings with it new hopes, and a new journey brings with it new dreams. Let us feel history with reverence and face the future with responsibility as we stand at a new starting point.
新的一年，有太多梦想值得我们为之期待，也有许多挑战需要我们一一跨越。奋斗创造奇迹，力量源于团结。我相信每一位爱思德人都会以奋进者的姿态，更加勠力同心，更加勇毅前行，我们的办学成果也一定会更加丰硕和喜人！
There are too many dreams to look forward to in the new year, as well as too many challenges to overcome one by one. Struggle produces miracles, and unity produces strength. I am confident that every ACED employee will be more dedicated, courageous in their efforts to achieve more fruitful and delightful educational outcomes!
风正潮平，自当扬帆破浪；任重道远，更需策马扬鞭。时间从不辜负我们的每一份努力，岁月终将回报我们的每一份坚持。2023，让我们踔厉奋发，携手并进，共创辉煌!
The tide is calm, so we should set sail and break the waves; we have a long way to go, so we need to make a spur. Time never fails to reward our efforts, and it will eventually repay our perseverance. We will remain dynamic energy in 2023 and collaborate to create a bright future.
