时序更替，岁物丰成。时光匆匆而过，2022年开年至今，我们披荆斩棘，克服困难，迎接挑战，在集团领导高瞻决策、各校区各部门共同努力、全体教职工的合力攻坚下，我们稳步推进高质量的国际教育事业。
The chronology of time shifts, and the years are packed with achievements. Throughout the year 2022, we have overcome difficulties and challenges, and we have been steadily promoting high-quality international education thanks to the visionary decisions of the group's leaders, the collaborative efforts of all departments on all campuses, and the concerted efforts of all staff.
领导致辞，会议开幕
2023年1月10日，爱思德国际教育集团、加拿大肯特学校于苏州总部召开了“奋发新征程、前行向未来”2022年度工作总结暨表彰大会。集团董事长陈乔峰先生、王岳庭教授顾问、Ruth校长顾问、加拿大肯特学校Doug校长、爱思德国际教育集团各校区的校长、干部和老师共计二百余人，采用线上和线下相结合的方式参加了会议。
The ACED International Education Group and Canada Kent School held the "New Journey, Forward to the Future" 2022 Annual Work Summary and Commendation Meeting at the Suzhou headquarters on January 10, 2023. Mr. Chen Qiaofeng, Chairman of the Group, Professor Wang Yueting, Principal Ruth, Principal Doug of Kent School, and principals, officers, and teachers from all ACED campuses, totally more than 200 people, participated in the meeting via online and offline means.

Mr. Chen Qiaofeng, Chairman of ACED International Education Group and Canada Kent School, delivered the opening statement.
董事长高度肯定了过去一年各校区干部和员工辛勤的工作和取得的成绩，强调了耕耘不辍的重要性。同时，他希望在新的一年里，全体教职员工继续务实创新，齐心协力，为集团国际教育事业的发展贡献力量。
The chairman praised the hard work and accomplishments of all campuses' cadres and staff over the past year, emphasizing the importance of never giving up. Simultaneously, he hoped that in the coming year, all staff members would remain pragmatic and innovative, working together to contribute to the growth of the Group's international education business.

Ms. Ruth, Principal Consultant of ACED International Education Group and Canada Kent School, delivered a congratulatory speech.
Ruth校长亲切问候了诸位同事，高度赞同了董事长的讲话。她表示，在董事长的带领下，中国、加拿大的老师们以及行政部门通力合作，克服重重困难与挑战，使加拿大肯特学校成为了活跃于尼亚加拉瀑布市的最受赴加中国留学生欢迎的国际学校。Ruth校长还肯定了Doug校长、李华副校长等的出色工作，并预祝会议圆满成功。
Principal Ruth greeted all colleagues and praised the Chairman's speech. She stated that, under the chairman's leadership, the Chinese and Canadian teachers and administration collaborated to overcome many difficulties and challenges in order to make Kent School Canada the most popular international school for Chinese students in Canada, with a presence in Niagara Falls. Principal Ruth also praised Principal Doug, vice Principal Li Hua, and others for their efforts and wished the meeting success.

Prof. Wang expressed his heartfelt congratulations to the Group for its remarkable achievements over the past year, and inspired everyone to work together to actively develop ACED International Education, which is based in China and focuses on cultivating high-end talents. He hoped that in the coming year, he would work with all colleagues to be more down-to-earth, to put in more effort, to overcome all obstacles, and to create brilliance together.

“The more I admire my teacher's knowledge, the more sublime it becomes, and the more I study it, the more solid and profound it appears. 在听取了线上线下全部工作汇报后，爱思德国际教育集团、加拿大肯特学校陈乔峰董事长作集团2022年度总结及2023年重点工作部署。
Mr. Chen Qiaofeng, Chairman of ACED International Education Group and Canada Kent School, summarized the Group's work in 2022 and made the key work plan in 2023 after listening to all work reports online and offline.
耕耘不辍守基业，砥砺前行开新篇。董事长从携手共进、强基固本和砥砺拓新三个方面回顾了2022年十五个办学校区、一个拓展部门和五个综合职能部门协调发展所取得的成绩，肯定了各位校区负责人及老师们的辛勤工作，并就工作中存在的问题作了分析和梳理。
We will continue to work hard to maintain our foundation and move forward to reach a new achievement. The chairman reviewed the accomplishments of the 15 campuses, one development department, and five integrated departments in 2022 from three perspectives: working together, strengthening the foundation, and striving for innovation, affirming the hard work of the campus leaders and teachers, and analyzing and resolving work problems.
他指出，2023年集团要秉持“务实创新稳步前进，凝心聚力共创辉煌”的发展理念，坚持务实创新的原则，牢牢树立科学可持续的质量观；要让爱思德教育集团和肯特学校成为教师员工发展生命、施展才华、实现梦想的地方；全体教职员工要坚持德育为先、智育为主、情商为重、育人为本，全面关注学生成长，以专业智慧和辛勤努力，构建起支撑学生成就梦想的宽广平台，坚持以爱心育人、传承创新，培养有德有才、心怀感恩的社会精英，做百年教育，树百年之人，铸就享誉中外的国际教育品牌。
He stated that in 2023, the group should "join forces to create a bright future through pragmatic innovation and steady progress," adhere to the principle of pragmatic innovation, and firmly establish a scientific and sustainable view of quality. ACED Education Group and Canada Kent School will be a place for all staff to grow, demonstrate their talents, and achieve their goals.All staff members should insist on moral education, intellectual education, emotional intelligence, and talent cultivation, pay close attention to students' development, and create a broad platform to support students' dreams through professional wisdom and hard work. We will insist on teaching students with love and passing down innovation in order to cultivate social elites with virtue and a grateful heart. We will devote hundreds of years to the education industry and cultivate talents in order to create an international education brand that is well-known both in China and around the world.
